Artistic Notes
New years eve was so hard for me this year. I tried to slope away to bed at 11pm but I didnt want my mum to be on her own, just as I didnt want to be on my own.. so I stayed up and ran to bed as soon as it turned midnight. I curled up into a ball and cried.

I've been suicidal for 3 years now. I so desperately did not want to be a part of 2008. My life is hanging in the balance of giving up completely, now that the health service has refused to help me, or pushing on alone.

This is about that thought process, of a new year, a new life, looking down at everything around you and wondering what to do.

The line I would like associated with this, the alternative title I suppose, is...

Creative Information
This image took a fair while considering how it turned out. When it got to this stage I played around with different things, adding to it, a tree, to symbolise growth, a grave, to symbolise the past, a flower, to symbolise hope, but none of them worked well enough. At the end of the day I kept coming back to this image how it is, and thinking, its done.

I didnt wanna post it like this because its so ''simple'' compared to The Most Mournful December. But this is what I set out to express and I will have to hope that that is good enough..
